 Welcome to Crossleys service page, here you will find the information you require regarding the service requirements of your vehicle, be it a caravan or motorhome.
Your vehicle will operate at its best if serviced annually, this is not money making nonsense, it is true fact. Without annual servicing your vehicle may and probably will deteriorate quickly. You may also find that an annual service is a condition of your vehicle warranty, whether that is from the manufacturer or an independent warranty provider, up to date service history is a must.
Crossleys are a member of the Approved Workshop Scheme. This is a fundamental requirement of the National Caravan Council. Our workshop is assessed annually and we must adhere to the strict guidelines laid down by the scheme.
So what’s involved in a service?

Every keen caravan or motorhome owner will be aware of the need for an annual damp inspection. Ignore this at your peril! Water ingress gives us all genuine reason for concern. Although the manufacturers have made great leaps forward in eradicating damp in their vehicles. The fact remains that they cannot fully prevent this expensive and shocking situation taking place at some stage in the life of your pride and joy. Remember, even if the vehicle is not used, it must still be serviced and checked, these are the conditions of your warranty. Note: the manufacturer will not bend.
The Good News
A damp inspection, including a detailed diagram showing areas of concern (hopefully blank) is provided free with any full service carried out here at Crossleys. Should you require it, we will also provide a computer generated estimate, showing all costs, for any problems found.

Our Requirement
Please ensure any vehicle brought to use for servicing is empty of personal belongings. Remember we are going into every locker and cupboard during our damp inspection. It cannot be done if we cannot get into it.
Motorhomes – left for service MUST start at the turn of the key. We are not mechanics; we do not work on the dirty oily bits. Your co-operation is gratefully appreciated and it is cheaper for you!
